Hyundai Motor India has finally revealed the interior of the much-awaited India-spec of the 2020 Hyundai Creta and officially opens bookings for the Creta in India. Bookings have commenced online and via Hyundai dealers, for an amount of INR 25,000. While the previous generation Hyundai Creta was a proper conventionally designed SUV, the new generation Hyundai Creta aims to spice things up by mixing radically designed elements.
As it is clear from the images, the India-spec 2020 Hyundai Creta gets a completely new interior layout when compared to the Chinese version. There is a black and beige interior theme on the dash and the perforated seats and have a criss-cross, diamond-stitch design. The dash on the new Creta houses a 10.25-inch infotainment screen that is landscape-orientated which comes with Advanced BlueLink connected car tech that first debuted on the Venue compact SUV and a Bose Premium Sound System with 8 Speakers. It will also come with a 7.0-inch digital instrument cluster with a tire pressure monitor.
It will also come with Drive & Traction Modes for the engine – like Comfort, Eco, and Sport – along with modes depending on traction – such as snow, sand, and mud. Higher variants will also come with rear disc brakes. Other features on the new Creta include Voice-Enabled Smart Panoramic Sunroof, Trio Beam LED Headlamps, Electric Parking Brake, Auto Healthy Air Purifier, 2 Step Rear Seat Reclining, Paddle Shifters, and MT Remote Engine Start.
Hyundai India will offer the new Creta in a total of eight color options - Polar White, Typhoon Silver, Phantom Black, Lava Orange, Titan Grey, Galaxy Blue, Red Mulberry, and Deep Forest which is available on the Turbo model only. There are two dual-tone exterior options as well - Polar White with Phantom Black and Lava Orange with Phantom Black. The 2020 Hyundai Creta will go head to head with the Kia Seltos and the Tata H5 in the Nepali market.
